Financial Overview

As a newly established nonprofit with a pending 501(c)(3) status, we are in the initial phase of operations. Currently:

• We have not yet generated significant revenue, as our focus has been on establishing our infrastructure and programs.
• All donations received are directed toward dental grants and operational costs necessary to sustain our mission.
• Detailed financial statements will be available once we complete our first full fiscal year or upon request, in compliance with New York charity regulations.

Use of Funds

Your donations are used to support our core mission of providing dental care to those in need. We allocate funds as follows:

• The majority of contributions fund direct dental treatments, including implants and full-mouth reconstructions, for approved grant recipients.
• A portion covers operational expenses, such as website maintenance, administrative costs, and compliance efforts, to ensure long-term sustainability.
• We prioritize transparency and will provide updates on fund allocation as our programs grow.

Availability of Financial Information

To maintain openness with our supporters, we offer the following:

• Upon request, we will provide a summary of our financial activities once available, including total donations and expenditures.
• Once registered with the New York Attorney General’s Charities Bureau and meeting reporting thresholds, we will file annual financial reports as required by law.
• Donors and the public may contact us to request financial information, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Compliance and Registration

Empire State Wellness Inc. is registered as a nonprofit in New York, with ongoing registration with the New York Attorney General’s Charities Bureau. Our 501(c)(3) status is pending, and donations are tax-deductible under IRS guidelines during this period.
