About Empire State Wellness Inc.

Empire State Wellness Inc. is a nonprofit founded with a clear purpose:
To ensure that those who have selflessly served our communities — veterans and first responders — receive the dental care they rightfully deserve.

We believe support should go to those who’ve given to this country — not those who take advantage of it. That’s why our mission begins with the people who’ve earned it through service: military veterans, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and others who put themselves on the line for others.

Patients supported by our organization have the freedom to receive care from any provider of their choice. However, they also have the option to work with a participating provider in our preferred network, who offers an additional 20% discount on top of the partial treatment grant provided by the foundation. These discounts are made possible through the generosity of providers who treat the balance as an in-kind donation, helping us extend our resources further.

As a newly established nonprofit, our funding is limited — but by combining direct grants with network discounts, we can make a meaningful impact while honoring our commitment to those who deserve it most
